I sent you two emails with no response. What I received was NOT Extra Strength. The box said Extra Strength, but what was inside is "Tasty Caffeine". The boxes had been opened and apparently the "Extra Strength" was removed and replaced with "Tasty Caffeine". The boxes were all taped up. Why? Somebody is a crook or your entire company is. I WANT A REFUND OR SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED!!!

The order went fine, other than waiting 8 days for the order to get processed, and sending a email to remind you to fill it or refund...the order went fine. Will be skeptical on whether I order again...

Have been ordering for many years now and it’s always been easy and fast
Great company to deal with. Good prices, fast shipping and knowledgeable courteous representative to deal with. The regular five hour energy is all I need and I only use about a third of a bottle at a time just to give me a little help when needed.
I particularly liked getting an email from Energy Tin regarding my order. They communicated that they were short one box of Grape in my order of 4 boxes. Rather than delaying shipping they asked if I wanted a different flavor, I did and received shipment a few days later. Good customer service!

It has been nearly 10 days and I haven't received any notice about my purchase. I emailed your company about not receiving any notice. I will not be purchasing this product on your website anymore. Your support team is very POOR.

I am 68 years old and take two of these per day. In Sept 2025 i won the age groups of 60-65 and 65-69 in the 4 mile Fort for fitness race. It helps me with mental focus for 5 to 6 days a week of working out in preparations for races. Jim Burd
