What's the usual shipping time?
We ship out energy shots 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
Orders placed before 4 pm on any business day are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm are shipped at 8 am the following business day.
In rare circumstances, if your product is not in stock or if its back ordered, we will ship it within 2 business days, period. We have 5-hour ENERGY® Shots in stock at ALL times. For that reason they will never arrive late.
Our strict shipping policies make us one of the internet's fastest shipping companies.

We work and strive to make our customers happy. Most of the time when you order energy shots, such as 5-hour ENERGY®, 6 Hour Power Energy, Monster Hitman, or Red Bull products, you are at least a bit familiar with your choice.
If you decide to give some of the other energy shots a try, and you don't like what your ordered, we will gladly issue you a refund or substitute the product for all the unused and unopened shots returned. Of course, minus the shipping costs.
So, if you would like to return or exchange any product, just email us and get an authorization code prior to sending the shots back. No returns will be accepted without an authorization code.
Very simple! Within 14 days, we will exchange or issue a refund equal to the unopened pieces sent back.
